• Purchased a Wrong Plan: If a user accidentally buys the wrong plan and then purchases the correct one, a refund for the incorrect plan can be issued. This refund is only applicable if both plans have the same validity period.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of Mind: If the user no longer wants the service after purchase.
• Misunderstanding of Features: If the user expected features or outcomes not advertised or assumed functionality that is not part of the product.
• Partial Usage or Temporary Issues: If the user has already used part of the plan or faced temporary service downtime that was resolved quickly.

3. Active vs Expired Plans

• A refund will only be processed for a currently active plan, or for the most recently purchased plan if it hasn’t been used.
• No previous or completed plans are eligible for a refund, even if the user was unaware of certain features or did not use the service to its full potential.
